Awful support - nobody ever gets back to you and - it’s buggy all the time. Sync problems, the calendar won’t save. Only the owner can set up limits - admin setup is not manageable. AVOID THIS SOFTWARE! Our law firm wishes we hadn’t bought Practice Panther nearly every day!

This company responded to my earlier review by incorrectly claiming I was a customer. Truth is, I never made a purchase; they just gave me a trial access which I turned down. Then, out of the blue, they tried to charge me a year later. Not a reliable company at all, and now they're spreading falsehoods in their response to my last review.

I'm really into how the calendar and note-taking work together with the time tracking. It lets me transform events and notes into time entries super fast, no need to retype anything. Plus, creating nice-looking invoices is a breeze, and the LawPay integration makes sending them to clients a piece of cake. Honestly, I can't recommend PracticePanther highly enough.
